RewardLion Ai Terms of Service

These Ai Terms are added to the terms of service agreed on between RewardLion and the Customer. The Ai Terms govern your use of the RewardLion Ai-Powered Solutions platform and services available at https://rewardlion.net, http://social.rewardlion.net and https://prime.rewardlion.net ("Platform/Services"). RewardLion Ai is referred to as "RewardLion Ai," “RewardLion, "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms.

1. The Application and Scope of the Ai Terms

By accessing the Platform or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Ai Terms, which apply exclusively to the Ai Features provided by RewardLion. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind said entity to these Terms, and the terms "you" and "your" refer to that entity. These Ai Terms do not alter the existing Agreement between RewardLion and the Customer. It adds to it to specifically address the use of RewardLion's Ai Features. All other terms and conditions of the existing Agreement remain in full force and effect.

2. Definitions

The following terms have the meanings set out below:

  • Ai Tools or Features: Machine learning models and algorithms developed and provided by RewardLion Ai for various purposes on the Platform.
  • Data Input:Users may upload, transmit, or input files, content, images, videos, audio files, and any other materials into the Platform as input to generate outputs using AI. This includes any information, datasets, or content used to create or modify outputs through Ai processes. By providing such inputs, users grant RewardLion Ai a license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the inputs as necessary to provide the Services and improve the Platform. 
  • Data Output:Results, predictions, and any other content generated by the Ai models and algorithms based on the input data provided by users through the Platform.
  • Feedback:Suggestions, ideas, or proposals offered by users to RewardLion Ai regarding enhancements, improvements, or new features for the Platform.
  • Platform:The entirety of services, content, and features provided by RewardLion Ai via, https://rewardlion.net or any other website developed under the RewardLion Ai brand.
  • Services:Artificial intelligence-based tools, models, and related services provided by RewardLion Ai on the Platform.
  • User Contributions:Content or materials posted, submitted, uploaded, published, displayed, or transmitted by users on the Platform or directly to RewardLion Ai.

3. Description of Services

RewardLion Ai provides a Platform that offers various Ai models and tools designed to assist businesses and individuals in optimizing processes, analyzing data, and enhancing decision-making capabilities.

4. Platform Use

You agree to use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Ai Terms.

4.1 Data Usage and Ownership:

  • Users may upload, transmit, or input Data into the Platform. You retain ownership of your Data. By uploading, transmitting, or inputting Data, you grant RewardLion Ai a license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the Data as necessary to provide you with the needed output.
  • RewardLion Ai's Features may require you to provide Input, which will be used to generate Output. As between you and RewardLion Ai, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain ownership rights in Input and in your own Output. RewardLion Ai assigns to you all our rights, title, and interest, if any, in and to Output. If RewardLion Ai engages third-party services to provide you with its Features, it will inform you of any ownership restrictions in Output per section 8 of these Ai Terms, prior to your use of the relevant AI Feature. Due to the nature of Ai Features, you acknowledge that Outputs provided to you may be similar or identical to Outputs independently provided by RewardLion Ai to other customers and users.
  • If you are using RewardLion Ai's service without a subscription to a specific plan (e.g., Gold, Diamond, Enterprise, or similar), and RewardLion Ai wishes to utilize your input and output for enhancing its Ai features, such as for training or refining the underlying models, RewardLion Ai will offer you reasonable options to object to this use.
  • If you agree (or do not object) to RewardLion Ai using your input and output to enhance its AI features, you grant RewardLion Ai a shared, ongoing, unchangeable, worldwide, royalty-free license to utilize your input and output. RewardLion Ai will anonymize your input and output by removing direct identifiers, following industry standards, when using them to improve Ai features.

4.2 Prohibited Uses:

The following activities on the Platform are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account:

  • Violating applicable laws. 
  • Misusing the AI features, inputs, or outputs to infringe on the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights. 
  • Using the Ai Features, Inputs, or Outputs to train, develop, or enhance any Ai or Machine Learning models in ways not expressly permitted by the Agreement. 
  • Claiming any output as original work, entirely human-generated, or approved by RewardLion Ai. 
  • Using the Ai features for automated decision-making or other processes with significant legal or personal consequences without appropriate human oversight and adherence to relevant laws. 
  • Using the AI features for purposes that are illegal, discriminatory, harassing, biased, harmful, or unethical. 
  • Creating foundational or large-scale models that compete directly with RewardLion AI’s established AI features. 
  • Generating spam or content for illegal activities, electoral campaigns, or activities designed to abuse, harm, disrupt, or interfere with any services, or facilitating such activities 
  • Engaging in activities that exceed the authorized scope of use as defined in the Agreement.

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

Due to the inherent characteristics of the Ai Features, RewardLion Ai cannot guarantee: (a) that Outputs will not contain or reflect third-party content or materials, or (b) that Outputs will not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

RewardLion Ai's indemnification for third-party claims does not cover issues related to intellectual property infringement or misappropriation by Outputs, as specified in the Agreement with the Customer.

Furthermore, RewardLion Ai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the Outputs. Customers must assess and verify all Outputs for their relevance, accuracy, suitability for their intended purposes, and other criteria relevant to their specific applications. The Customer is responsible for the content of their Inputs and how they use the Outputs. The warranty disclaimers and liability limitations stated in the Agreement also apply to the Customer's use of the Ai Features.

6. Intellectual Property

RewardLion Ai retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all associated intellectual property rights. Users may not use RewardLion Ai's name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent from RewardLion Ai.

7. Data Privacy and Security

RewardLion Ai collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Required Third Party Terms 

RewardLion Ai relies on third-party technology to offer its Ai Features. If these third-party providers impose additional terms that need to be passed on to you, those terms will become binding upon you. RewardLion Ai will notify you of any such terms via announcements on its customer-facing website.
